The National Certificate in Production Technology (NQF LEVEL 2 / CREDITS: 137 / ID 58781 /  Learnership Code: 17Q170156421252) will equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to efficiently perform tasks and activities, in order to continuously improve operational excellence. They will be able to:

• Effectively communicate information to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to the achievement of strategic goals in the business.
• Optimise processes, functions and organisational structures, in order to contribute towards the achievement of production requirements.
• Maintain a safe and well organised work environment, through improvements made to production activities.
• Focus on the effectiveness of equipment.
• Implement quality standards and procedures in the workplace. Emphasis is placed on a safe workplace environment, whilst improving productivity.

ODI has primary accreditation with the Services Sector Education & Training Authority, and also further programme approval to provide qualifications, learnerships and skills programmes through MERSETA and SABPP.
