Purpose
This short course aims to develop courageous Safety Leaders for the workplace (every employee is a safety leader) and to reset the culture of safety.
Courageous safety leaders are value-driven in the toughest times, believe in a workplace without serious injuries, and have positive attitudes that produce positive results. Behave in ways that prevent human error from becoming incidents, injuries, or fatalities. Have a culture of shared values, beliefs, and behaviors that dictate how they conduct their work even when no-one is around. The aim is to re-set the culture about how we think about safety.
