Geared to manufacture and supply aluminium profiles for industrial and architectural applications, Wispeco Aluminium operates 8 extrusion presses, 2 powder coating plants, including the first vertical powder coating plant in South Africa and 1 anodising lines at three different manufacturing sites throughout South Africa, with the manufacturing and distribution capability and capacity to meet market requirements.

With this qualification, the manager of the first-line manager needs to coach his/her first-line managers, and is, as such, involved in the programme. A simple-to-use benchmarking system forms the basis for ongoing coaching and development.
