National Chicks Human Resources for KZN and Gauteng, Wendy Swanepoel, along with ODI’s Facilitator, Mbali Tshabalala, have embarked on an exciting programme to empower their Foremen and Farm Managers.
Sondor believes in empowering their staff, strives to enable them to develop their capabilities, and reach their potential through appropriate training. They signed up staff members to complete ODI’s NQF3 in Production Technology (Competitive Operations) learnership, facilitated by Gerald McKinnon.
It was a proud moment for management and staff alike at the recent Wispeco Stockists 2023 Awards Ceremony that took place in Cape Town. Hard work and commitment paid off.
Driven by their quest for excellence across all disciplines of publishing and printing, the CTP Group of Companies enrolled a team of learners to complete the Occupational Certificate: Project Manager ID101869 (NQF Level 5) (11 Modules). Some learners were in Cape Town and others joined online.
Safety Leadership plays a critical role in establishing a safety culture within an organisation. By demonstrating vital behaviors such as leading by example, communication, employee involvement, recognition and continuous improvement, leaders can foster a culture where safety is a top priority.
Final Presentations, or better known in ODI as FISA’s, happen at the end of every training programme for learnerships, normally a month after all activities in their Portfolios of Evidence have been completed.
