National Chicks conducts business as an international supplier of day-old chicks and hatching eggs to the Astral Group and to non-integrated independent operations in South Africa, Swaziland and Mozambique. ODI’s Maryke Viviers-Bergh recently facilitated the NQF5 National Certificate in General Management at their offices.
This qualification is designed to enable a person to manage first-line managers in an organisational entity. First-line managers may include:
- team leaders,
- supervisors,
- junior managers,
- section heads, and
- foremen.
The focus of this qualification is to enable learners to develop competence in knowledge, skills, attitudes and values.
