The purpose of the National Certificate in Generic Management (Skills Development Manager) – NQF Level 5, is to enable a person to manage first-line managers in an organisational entity. Comprising of 6 modules, this learnership with Gold Fields South Deep, is facilitated by ODI’s Director – Johan Benadie.
