Key 16, Production Scheduling, of the 20 Keys Operations Improvement System is about ensuring a consistent, high, level of on-time delivery of products and services. This is done by synchronising Marketing and Sales efforts with manufacturing capabilities and scheduling processes accordingly.
Carpe Diem joined forces with ODI and enrolled members of staff to complete the NQF2 Production Technology learnership comprising of 10 Modules – facilitated by Valery Hansen.
The NQF Level 2 – National certificate in Production Technology qualification, emphasises a safe workplace environment, whilst improving productivity. It will equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to efficiently perform tasks and activities, in order to continuously improve operational excellence.
ODI has primary accreditation with the Services Sector Education & Training Authority. ODI also has further programme approval to provide qualifications, learnerships and skills programmes through MERSETA and SABPP.
