Purpose

Production Supervisors lead and coordinate daily production operations to ensure output is achieved safely, efficiently, and to standard. They plan, organise, lead, and control production activities while managing human and physical resources across the production floor, working closely with first-line leaders and operational teams to maintain steady workflow and performance.
This qualification prepares learners to ensure compliance with health and safety, legal, and quality requirements, apply structured problem solving and troubleshooting, and support team capability through on-the-job learning, coaching, and development within a production environment.
