“Sustainable Development, Innovation, and Inclusion in South Africa” was submitted, accepted, and presented at the ECSA–SAICE Symposium (25–26 March, Galleria Conference Centre, Sandton).
The core message of that paper extends far beyond engineering – it speaks directly to the future of Organisational Development (OD) in South Africa.
At a time when organisations are navigating infrastructure fragility, climate uncertainty, and widening socio-economic divides, a fundamental shift is underway.
