Consisting of one Management System Module, to create a common vision, and eight practical Modules, to make operations more competitive, the NQF5 National Certificate in Productivity is aligned to the 20 Keys programme. This means that learners who are implementing the 20 Keys programmes can use their practical 20 Keys implementation evidence to assist them in obtaining this unique qualification. This qualification can be obtained through a face-to-face OR an e-learning programme.
