On Thursday 26 October 2023, ODI hosted a Conference – Operations Excellence: A Never-ending Journey, at the Premier Hotel OR Tambo in Johannesburg, South Africa.
.
.
A line-up of excellent speakers, long-time and new implementations, from manufacturing, production, HR, Retail and administrative industries, shared their best practices and learnings. Our keynote speaker was Martin Preece: Interim Chief Executive Officer: Gold Fields.
After listening to so many inspiring presentations it was only appropriate that recognition should be given to some people who have played outstanding roles in their companies to help these stories become a reality.
Huibie Jones, MD, and our respective ODI facilitators, gathered to present the Special Awards Ceremony.
As most of you are aware, all ODI qualifications are aligned to a Continuous Improvement journey. As it has been a while since we were able to have an in-person conference, we made use of the opportunity, and had more than one Top Achiever for the different qualifications.
